Logo Design Agreement
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is between the “Client” (you) and the “Designer” (us). In consideration of the mutual agreement made herein, both parties agree as follows:
Scope of Work: We will begin the following within 1 business day of receiving the deposit:
We Pikture Media, will design for you a bespoke logo for your business. Which will involve the following steps:
- Design Brief: We will do our best to understand from your perspective exactly what you’re looking to achieve with this logo design. We will offer a one on one consultation to discuss your ideas and to get a scope of what you have envisioned.
- Logo Design: Then, we will develop the logo design concepts around the brief you have given. We’ll use our creativity and experience to design a professional logo for you’re business. Together we’ll discuss the sketches and concepts internally and design a presentation for you.
- Presentation & Revisions: We will create a presentation which will feature 3 main logo ideas, inspirational images and fonts that will embody your brand. We’ll ask you to gather feedback on them to later join us for a discussion to go through your feedback together, apply live changes and perfect your logo of choice.You will have 2 opportunities for review, once prior the call and one after the call. Any feedback beyond those will be charged additionally.
- Final Deliverable: We will prepare, export and organise digital files into a downloadable folders containing all of the following files in their corresponding formats:
- Original Logo: .PNG, .JPEG, .PDF, and .AI
- Black and White Logo: .PNG, .JPEG, .PDF and .AI
Any additional formats or logo variations you require, you’ll need to let us know before we reach this stage so we can prepare in advance.
Work: We agree to produce project materials (the “Work”) at the request of the Client for the fees presented on our website and delivery of the Work by an agreed-upon deadline. We agree that we will be the sole author of the Work, which will be original work and free of plagiarism. We will cooperate with you in editing and otherwise reviewing the Work prior to completion and launch.
Confidentiality: We acknowledge that we may receive or have access to information which relates to your past, present, or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects/proposals, and other proprietary information. We agree to protect the confidentiality of your proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to us before this Agreement or afterward. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by you in advance of the establishment of this contract, we can display materials and final work created for you on our website (https://pikture.co.uk/)
Payment: You agree to pay us a deposit in advance. The deposit is 25% of the overall fee. The remainder of the overall fee is to be paid upon completion of the project, once you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
Client Approval: Upon acceptance of the Work, you accept responsibility for any further processes in which this work is used (e.g. film outpost, printing, etc.) we are not responsible for errors occurring in this work or projects related to this work after acceptance of the Work.
Cancellation: Both parties understand that Client or Designer may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client is responsible for payment for expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by Designer. Should the Client cancel the project following its completion, Client is
responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon price. In the event of cancellation, Designer retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.
Acceptance of Terms: you promise to pay for the services rendered by Designer for the Work as agreed upon. By making payment, you agree to have read, understood, and are considered legally bonded to these terms.
