Logo Design
When we began working together, Lothian Homes 4 Let had an excellent reputation for providing a top class letting service. They wanted to expand into the sales market and become a Sales & Letting agency.
We rebranded the company as a much more concise and professional sounding Lothian Homes and came up with a modern and recognisable logo which could allow them the ability to grow.
Web Design
We are experts at designing web solutions for all industries. However, we had no experience designing a website for a sales and letting agent before which required us to understand how the property listing works and the various formats and softwares that are used by them.
Lothian Homes brand new website features a direct property feed from the software they already use and displays them beautifully on the website.
Property Photography
We take photos of the various properties Lothian Homes puts on the market for Sales & Letting as well as taking sizes of the rooms when necessary. We use industry level DSLR camera with a wide angle lense to get the right sense of space. We also cover all aspects of retouching and editing using professional applications such as photoshop and lightroom.
